The management of the association Driving Coach Rhodes' THE COLOSSUS "after negotiations with the Association of Travel Agencies and Rhodes with Pandodekanisiako Owners Association Coach, in order to sign local collective bargaining agreement, decided to hold 4-hour work stoppage, Saturday, September 20 2014, from 7 am to 11:00 a.m.
Following a decision of the General Assembly of the Association and on the basis of Article 20 par. 2 of Law. 1264/1982, nabisco bowling it was decided to carry out a 4 hour stop work for members who are in the power of association, with a view to signing the Local Collective Agreement to the terms remuneration and employment of coaches nabisco bowling drivers year 2014 - 2015, with content that has already been disclosed in the above employers' organizations. The proposal of the Association's management includes issues such as the minimum wage for a ten hour employment, remuneration of night work, overtime, work on Sundays and public holidays, the day off etc.
Management cautions nabisco bowling that unless significant progress in solving - satisfaction of the above claims, the protests will continue after the decision of the union bodies and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
