The olive is a Nutzbaum which is replanted after his return time. Increasingly, the olive groves are now extremely tapered, ie the trees are to cut back to about half a meter. Trees put out again and the olive grower comes quickly to a new crop than planting.

Wash and dry after use. Every now and then rub with oil and the olive wood retains its deep honey-colored gloss. Through many years of use, the wood gets an incredible patina and character.
